This Privacy Policy explains how ExtractBeagle collects, uses, and shares information through its website, browser extensions, review-export tools, and related services.
We collect your email address, name, account identifier, sign-in method, credit balance, purchases, and job history. Our Chrome extensions can use your Google account email address and name to create or identify your ExtractBeagle account. An extension stores your Google access token and account email in Chrome local storage so that you remain signed in.
When you use a review-export extension, the extension can read the active source page to perform the export. Review content collected by the G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and Yelp extensions is converted into a CSV file on your device. ExtractBeagle receives account, credit, and service telemetry. This telemetry can include the source, target URL, company name, requested and available review counts, exported row count, extension version, error details, and event time.
When you start a paid export, ExtractBeagle receives the source URL, requested review count, account information, and job status. We send the information needed to perform the job to a scraping or data-processing provider. The resulting review data can include review text, ratings, dates, reviewer names, job titles, locations, and other public metadata. ExtractBeagle stores the completed export in cloud storage and gives the account owner a time-limited download link.
The YouTube comment extension reads the active tab URL to detect a YouTube video. When you start an export, it sends the selected YouTube video URL, requested comment count, selected sort order, and Google access token to ExtractBeagle over HTTPS.
ExtractBeagle uses the access token to verify your account. It uses the official YouTube Data API to retrieve public top-level comments and their metadata. The export endpoint does not save YouTube comment content or the selected video URL to the ExtractBeagle database. It returns the comments to the extension, which creates a CSV file on your device.
Stripe processes payments. ExtractBeagle receives payment status, product, amount, and transaction identifiers, but it does not receive your full card number. If you contact us, we collect your message and contact details. We also collect standard logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, page requests, timestamps, and error information.

Required account and security functions might not work if you block all storage.
You can remove an extension to delete its Chrome local storage from that browser. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your ExtractBeagle account information. Depending on your location, you can also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to a regulator.
