Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExtractBeagle website, browser extensions, review-export tools, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.

1. What ExtractBeagle provides

ExtractBeagle helps a user export selected information from supported public web pages. Source websites can change their pages, access rules, or technical controls at any time. We do not guarantee that a source, field, review count, or export will remain available.

ExtractBeagle is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Yelp, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, or another source website unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. Your account and credits

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Credits are usage units, not money or stored value. Purchased credits expire 180 days after purchase. A failed eligible job can restore credits under the product rules shown in your account. Checkout disclosures and applicable law govern refunds and payments.

3. Your responsibility for each export

For every URL, export, and use of exported data, you confirm that:

  • you have the rights and authorization required to access and use the data;
  • your use follows the source website's terms, policies, and technical rules;
  • your use follows privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws;
  • you will use personal data only for a lawful, stated, and proportionate purpose; and
  • you will respond to valid access, correction, deletion, and objection requests that apply to your use.

Public visibility does not by itself give you permission to copy, store, publish, sell, or otherwise use content. ExtractBeagle does not grant rights in third-party content.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service or exported data to:

  • break a law, court order, contract, source policy, or third-party right;
  • bypass a login, paywall, CAPTCHA, access control, rate limit, or other technical restriction;
  • use false identities, stolen credentials, or accounts that you are not authorized to use;
  • republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute raw exports or create a competing review database;
  • train or evaluate a machine-learning model when the source or rights holder does not authorize that use;
  • profile a person or make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, health care, education, or eligibility;
  • identify, harass, threaten, discriminate against, or expose private information about a reviewer or another person;
  • send spam, create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or mislead customers;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with the Service or a source website; or
  • remove source, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from exported content.

5. Third-party websites and services

Source websites and service providers operate under their own terms and privacy rules. You are responsible for reviewing those rules. ExtractBeagle can restrict or stop a source workflow when a source changes its rules, blocks access, or sends a legal demand.

6. Ownership

ExtractBeagle and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. Review authors, source websites, or other parties can own rights in exported content. These Terms give you no ownership in that content.

We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service while you follow these Terms. You must not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or create a derivative service from ExtractBeagle software except where applicable law permits it.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how ExtractBeagle collects, uses, stores, and shares information. You must have a lawful basis for personal data that you submit to or process through the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We can limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, harms another party, or threatens the Service. We can also disable an affected source while we review a complaint or legal demand. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Service disclaimer

The Service and exports are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, ExtractBeagle disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. You must inspect each export before you rely on it.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by law, ExtractBeagle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. ExtractBeagle's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

11. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold ExtractBeagle and its operators harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs caused by your URLs, exported data, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights. We will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim.

12. Changes

We can update these Terms when the Service, law, or risk changes. We will post the new date on this page. If a material change affects existing users, we will provide notice through the Service or by email when required. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.
